MY STORY IN SHORT...
I'm a transformation and life coach, creative workshop facilitator, and I’m super passionate about helping people rebuild, grow, and *thrive* after life has knocked them down.
I know what it’s like to feel lost, overwhelmed, and to wonder if you’ll ever feel like *you* again. My own journey through chronic illness, mental health struggles, toxic relationships, trauma, and a whole lot of life’s plot twists has shaped every part of who I am today.
Every time life broke me apart, I rebuilt. Piece by piece. I found strength I didn’t know I had, resilience that runs deep, and a deeper understanding of what it really means to *thrive* not just survive.
MY MISSION
Now, I create safe, empowering spaces where women can breathe, reconnect, and rediscover their worth and finally stop people pleasing their way through life and feeling rubbish.
Whether it’s through coaching, creative workshops, nature based experiences, or community events, my mission is always the same: to walk alongside incredible humans as they go from just getting by to absolutely *owning* their lives with confidence and joy.
